Since 1982, Olympic Payroll has grown from two employees to 25. A data processing company at first, Olympic is now a full-service payroll company. Starting a business requires a lot of skills: selling, negotiating, dealing with customers and managing employees. Growing a company means continuously adapting to changes, specifically technology in Olympic’s case. The company has had to learn to adapt over the years.
President Nick Vlahos says they made it through those obstacles because of his team."It's not easy owning your own business, but it gives you the ability to pursue your passion." Through all of the changes Nick has stayed confident about the company's success because of the team's motivation. "There's always a reward at the end of a challenge."
When asked what's kept him loyal to AP Intego all these years Nick replied: "We love working with the whole team. The customer service is excellent and it's clear that AP Intego keeps up with their technology, which makes everything easier."
